Contact form: the details you enter (name, email, phone if given, your message) are used only to reply to you. Legal basis: your consent on sending the form. Delivery is handled by Formspree Inc. (United States) as a processor, under the international-transfer safeguards in its terms. Enquiries are kept for one year.
Bookings: when you book we collect what's needed to manage your stay (identity, contact details, dates, payment). Legal basis: performance of the accommodation contract and legal obligations. The booking system is Beds24 GmbH (Germany) and payments are processed by Stripe Payments Europe Ltd. (Ireland); we store no card data. As required by Spanish law (Royal Decree 933/2021), guest registration data is reported to the Ministry of the Interior. Booking and invoicing data is kept for the periods tax and guest-registration law require.
Web analytics: only if you accept cookies, Google Ireland Ltd. receives anonymised browsing data through Google Analytics (see the cookies policy).
Your rights: you can access, rectify, erase, restrict or object to processing, and request portability, by writing to casonadeonis@greenprincipals.es. If you believe we haven't honoured your rights, you can complain to the Spanish Data Protection Agency (aepd.es).
